Returns and Refunds
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return an item.
Return Conditions:
Items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Personal hygiene items (baby bottles, pacifiers, etc.) cannot be returned for health reasons.
Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.
You must keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Make a Return

Include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Package the item carefully and send it to the address provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, email us and send your item to the address we provide.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the error is ours.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
